1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KB Digital Core's FBR-compliant digital invoicing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Service Description

KB Digital Core provides a digital invoicing and ERP platform designed for FBR (Federal Board of Revenue) compliance in Pakistan. Services include:

• FBR-compliant sales tax invoice generation
• FBR POS (Point of Sale) integration
• PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority) compliance support
• Product catalog and party management (Chart of Accounts)
• Multi-user access control with time-based restrictions

3. User Accounts & Access

Access to the platform is granted by the Super Administrator. Users receive credentials (email and auto-generated password) with an optional expiry period. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time without prior notice.

4. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the system, including but not limited to NTN numbers, CNIC numbers, party details, product information, and invoice amounts. KB Digital Core provides validation tools but does not guarantee the correctness of user-submitted data.

5. FBR Compliance

While KB Digital Core is designed to comply with FBR regulations, users are ultimately responsible for ensuring their business operations comply with all applicable Pakistani tax laws and regulations. Users should consult with qualified tax professionals for specific compliance questions.

6. Limitation of Liability

KB Digital Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Subscription & Access Expiry

User access is granted for the period specified by the administrator during account creation. Upon expiry, users will be unable to log in until their access is renewed by the administrator. All data created during the active period remains stored in the system.

8. Termination

The administrator may terminate any user's access at any time. Users may request termination of their account by contacting the administrator. Upon termination, the user's login credentials will be invalidated immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

KB Digital Core reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
